EQUITY FINDERS FEE AGREEMENT CONTRACT
**FINDER'S FEE AGREEMENT**
This Finder's Fee Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Your Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," and Equity Finders, represented by Chiffon Wright, the CEO, hereinafter referred to as the "Finder."
**1. AUTHORITY AND PERMISSION:**
The Client grants the Finder the authority and permission to act as a liaison in the process of locating and retrieving unclaimed funds on behalf of the Client. This includes, but is not limited to, filing all necessary documents and performing any actions required to facilitate the recovery of said funds.
**2. FINDERS FEE:**
In consideration for the services provided by the Finder, the Client agrees to pay Equity Finders a finder's fee equal to 15% of any unclaimed funds successfully located and retrieved with the assistance of the Finder.
**3. PAYMENT TERMS:**
Upon receipt of the unclaimed funds by the Client, the Client agrees to remit to Equity Finders 15% of the total amount received upfront when cashing the check or receiving the funds.
**4. NON-COMPLIANCE:**
In the event that the Client fails to comply with the payment terms outlined in Section 3, Equity Finders reserves the right to pursue legal action. In such cases, the Client will be responsible for a fee equal to 15% of the unclaimed funds, in addition to covering all court fees associated with the litigation process.

**5. CONFIDENTIALITY:**
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information exchanged during the course of this Agreement.
**6. GOVERNING LAW:**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
**7. TERMINATION:**
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.
**8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:**
